With my approach to mentoring, I embody an important link between experience and professional growth. Mentoring, a transfer of knowledge from an expert to a young professional, is based on one-on-one relationships, where the mentor guides the mentee through a journey of continuous learning, dialogue, and challenge.

Mentoring is not just an act of transmitting knowledge, but a true guidance that teaches values, techniques, and corporate culture. This relationship, which can be formal or informal, takes place during moments of transition and requires an explicit effort to shape and mold the mentee.

Mentoring techniques include skills analysis, storytelling, role-playing, and information sharing, all aimed at creating a significant change in the way of thinking and working.

This process does not exclude the need for other training and development programs, but aims to strengthen corporate culture, promote integration, and train new managers with effective skills.
