For over twenty years, I have been operating nationally and internationally in Executive Search, with a focus on cross-sector head hunting and organizational development plans.
Since 2011, I have integrated my consultancy work with that of a Business & Life Coach. This dual expertise allows me to support companies in growth processes, potential development, and organizational change, combining strategic vision with attention to people.
I lived in Morocco for many years and speak fluent English and French: a background that reflects my international spirit and natural openness to different cultures.

I have worked closely with clients to understand their needs, drafting engaging job advertisements and conducting targeted interviews, both in-person and remotely.
Furthermore, I have solid experience in the field of managerial training and personnel administration, having worked as a Sales Director Training Services and HR Manager in various companies.
