At the company, digital modeling plays a fundamental role in the development of exceptional cars.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Modeler with a strong background in surface modeling and photorealistic visualization. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of both creative and technical workflows, from early concept sketches through to Class-A surface development and final high-quality renders.

Working closely with designers, you will contribute to the development of high-quality digital surfaces that capture the elegance, character, and craftsmanship of the brand’s cars.

You will:

• Develop digital models for bespoke, concept, and limited-production automotive projects;
• Translate design sketches and concepts into high-quality Alias surfaces;
• Refine the quality of exterior and interior surfaces while preserving design intent;
• Collaborate closely with designers to achieve the highest quality in surface modeling and design;
• Prepare digital data for design reviews, engineering discussions, and physical model development;
• Help maintain the highest standards of surface craftsmanship through digital excellence.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Automotive Design, or equivalent;
• Proven experience as a Digital Modeler within an automotive design, coachbuilding, or transportation design environment;
• Strong design sensitivity with a refined understanding of proportion, form language, and surface quality;
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Alias, including NURBS and SubD modelling (Blender experience is a plus);
• Excellent understanding of Class-A and design-quality surfacing principles;
• Experience preparing digital data for prototyping, engineering development and physical models;
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship;
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and deadlines;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams;
• Curiosity, creativity and passion for automotive design;
• Fluent in English with Italian.
